Questions we get asked before signing up
Is the price really the price?
Yes. Every tier, user rate and annual discount is published here. There is no implementation fee, no data-migration fee and no minimum contract term beyond the billing period you pick.
Can we deploy without a consultant?
That is the design goal. The setup wizard walks a single owner through eight steps in one working day, using imports rather than manual data entry.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The workspace keeps your data and switches to read-only until you pick a plan in-app. Nothing is deleted for 90 days, and you can export everything at any point.
Do we need to buy licences for shop-floor colleagues?
Colleagues who only view their own training matrix and sign routine cards are included in your named-user count at the same rate: there is no separate 'operator' SKU.
How do we integrate with MES, HRIS or our printers?
Group includes API access and SSO. All tiers include handheld scanner endpoints and label/document printing from the Devices page.
Can we move up or down a tier?
Any time, in-app, pro-rated to the day. Adding a site on Plant or Group takes effect immediately.
How do you compare with spreadsheets?
A spreadsheet is free and instant, and that is a real advantage. What it cannot do is prove control: no version history on a standard, no alert before a qualification expires, no signed record of who did what. Tete keeps the same information but makes it defensible at audit.
Is my data secure?
Each organisation's data is separated, access is role-based so colleagues only see their own record, and every change is written to an audit trail. Our data handling, access control and certification status are set out on the Trust page.
What happens if I exceed my included users?
Extra named users are billed at the published rate for your plan (Line £3.50, Plant £3, Group £2.50 per user per month). Nothing changes plan automatically, and we tell you when moving up a tier would cost less.
